ACT Screen Arts Fund 2018


The ACT Screen Arts Fund focuses on projects that develop screen artists – moving successful applicants into new stages of their development. The Fund supports all narrative screen art forms including film, television, documentary, short film, games, apps and digital media.

The ACT Screen Arts Fund is part of the artsACT’s Project Funding program, and is administered by the ACT Screen Industry Association (ACTSIA) on behalf of artsACT and the ACT Government. ACTSIA also delivers Screen Canberra in partnership with the ACT Government.

Applications are now open and applications will be accepted until 5pm Monday 6 November 2017.

The total amount of funding available for this round: $90,000.

An information session on the Fund was held on Thursday 21 September 2017.

The GUIDELINES outline the process, selection criteria, eligibility requirements and other helpful information. A PDF version of the guidelines can be downloaded HERE.

Applications are made via the ONLINE FORM found HERE. Once you go online and you start filling out the form you can’t save it, or go back to it. Therefore, you need to have everything prepared in advance so that you can simply enter, upload and submit.

You must also complete and upload the required PROJECT BUDGET to your online application.


Applications must be submitted via the online form. No hard copies will be accepted.
